In this case, if these providers operate in a country that is not considered by the European Commission to offer an adequate level of protection, we apply the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, and we also include confidentiality clauses and a data processing agreement ("DPA") in our contractual relationships with these service providers.

Cookies and audience measurement

The vokse.eu website only sets analytics and advertising cookies with your consent, given in the banner displayed on your first visit. Without consent, none of these cookies are set, and the chat and the forms remain available. Without consent, Google only receives signals with no cookie or identifier (advanced consent mode), which it uses to model audience and ad measurement; Google cookies are only set after your consent.

  • Audience measurement: Google Analytics (Google) and HubSpot count the pages viewed, where visits come from and the requests sent. Lemlist (lemlist SAS, France) identifies, from the visitor's IP address, the company from which the site is viewed, for Vokse's B2B sales prospecting.
  • Advertising: Google Ads (Google) measures the demo and white paper requests, and the conversations opened in the chat, that come from our ads. With this consent, the email address entered in a form is sent to Google in hashed form, unreadable in plain text, to link the request to the ad.

Your choice is kept for 6 months in your browser, after which the banner asks you again. Google Analytics cookies are kept for 13 months at most. Data collected by Lemlist is kept for 3 years from the last visit. You can change your mind at any time with the button, also available in the footer.

Your rights regarding your data

In accordance with the provisions of the amended French Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 ("Loi Informatique et Libertés", the French Data Protection Act), you have a right of access, rectification and objection to the processing of your personal data on legitimate grounds, as well as the right to set out instructions regarding what happens to your data after your death. You also have the right to request the restriction of processing, the right to be forgotten and to digital erasure, the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), the French data protection authority. You can exercise your rights over your data simply by contacting VOKSE SAS at the following address: dpo@vokse.eu.

Security

Enhanced security measures are implemented to allow personal data to be collected and processed under conditions that guarantee its confidentiality, its integrity and, more generally, its security, in compliance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act (Loi Informatique et Libertés).
